Interior Decorating Consultation
Approximately 1 hour. Includes an in-home or virtual meeting (your choice). We will tour the space to discuss various ways to maximize your home's potential. You'll be given some general ideas for furniture pieces and layout, art & decor and depending on your wishes for the space we can also discuss window treatments, flooring, paint & light fixtures. There is no obligation to commit to anything further.
This may be enough to get you pointed in the right direction to create a beautiful home or stage it to sell. However, if you'd like more help tackling the project after the consultation then please check-out the service options below.
Consultation Fee - $150
Interior Decorating Service: Option A (Do-it-yourself)
If you could use a little more help to bring the dream to life but have the time & desire to tackle the shopping & set-up yourself then this is the option for you. This is also a great option for clients living outside of the Calgary/Canmore area as it can all be completed virtually. Working within your budget, Option A provides you with the following services:
- Detailed Space Plan completed on room planning software making it easy to switch pieces or the layout until you're happy with the plan.
- Design Board with a visual of the furnishings, decor, paint, etc. for the space. Giving you a snapshot of how everything fits together.
- Shopping List including details of each item, where to buy them and their current pricing.
- Cost for Option A: Decorating Fee (see below for details) + Furnishings (plus Delivery/Installation if applicable).
- Decorating Fee is priced per Living Space (Bedroom, Living room, Dining Room, etc.) as a separate floor plan & design board will be created for each area. Approximate cost of $2 to $3/ Square Foot.
Interior Decorating Service: Option B (Full-Service)
With this option you can let us handle the set-up and walk into your completed space, put your feet-up and enjoy! Option B includes all the services from Option A, plus:
- Ordering of all furnishings.
- Scheduling delivery & installation of furnishing & decor.
- Full set-up of the completed living space.
- Cost for Option B: Decorating Fee (Approximately $4 to $5 per square foot) + Furnishings & Decor.
Interior Decorating Service: Option C (Fully Stocked)
Need your home fully stocked right down to the pots, pans & silverware?
As an add-on to Option B we can work together to determine what you need to make your home ready to live in (i.e. Linens, Dinnerware, Cookware, etc.). This is an ideal service for the first-time home buyer, vacation home owner, or for rental properties. This service is an additional cost dependent on the number of products required.
